Information we collect and why
If you join our launch list, we collect your first name, last name and email address to send you news about Still Waters & Meadows opening and when bookings become available. Our lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us at the address above, and we will stop sending launch-list emails.
If you contact us by email, we use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Emailing us does not add you to the launch list.
We do not sell your information or share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
How long we keep your information
We keep launch-list details until you unsubscribe, ask us to remove them, or we close the launch list. We keep enquiries while we deal with them and any related follow-up, then delete them when they are no longer needed. We review the information we hold regularly.
Who handles your information
Cloudflare provides our website and database, and we use Microsoft 365 for email. These providers may process information on our behalf to deliver their services. We limit access to people who need the details to manage the launch list or reply to enquiries. Some service-provider processing may take place outside the UK; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Cookies and website technology
Our administrators use an essential sign-in cookie to manage the site. Cloudflare may also use essential technology for security and operation. This holding page does not currently use advertising or visitor-tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to or restrict certain uses of it. You can withdraw your consent to launch emails at any time. Email hello@stillwatersandmeadows.co.uk to make a request.
